Pivot Table in Access

Pivot Tables

Hi guys,
I have two questions:
First Question: I have created a Pivot Table on my Access database. I don't know much about them. However anytime I click the button on my form to view it. It gives me a form view results instead of Pivot Table view. I check the properties and it is set to Pivot Table. What should I do?

The second question is that I have created a master pivot query which I want it to reload to default setting after a user have manipulate or made changes to the pivot table on the form. How do I set this up in the Event Procedure or how do I write this in a Visual Basic code to do that for me. I am not a programmer.
