Tabular lists in Tabbed forms

3 New Member
Hi, First thanks in advance. I am using the board quite frequently now.
I have a DB with multiple tables.
Table 1: Main details table
Table 2: Notes
Table 3: Files affected

I want to be able to use a tabbed form to enter details onto all 3 tables.
Tab 1 would have a Columnar style form for the main details.
Tab 2 would have a Tabular style form containing a list of Notes or files affected.
My problem is I cant seem to get the Tabular style working in a tabbed form.
Also I want to carry the Primary key value from Table 1 to the next tab so it only shows the appropriate record in the Tabular style list.

I am a total novice, any help would be much appreciated.

Well, to get you started, you're going to need subforms on each of the tabs as one form can't be linked to multiple tables, even with tabs.
