syntax for having VBA "click" a selection button on a website

Can an XML call to a specified URL
be used to emulate the 'click' of a button
on the remote site?

Here's a snippet of source code from the site:

The selectall object is what I wanna 'click'. How might
that be accomplished from VBA on an Access 97 form?
