using A2000 app after upgrading to WinXP SP2a

1 New Member
.mdb file on A2000 has been working for months, after upgrading from WinME to WinXP SP2a we find out some problems:
1. date() function is used for setting up default value, but it couldn't be find anymore
2. in a combo-box when user filling in data the choice list should narrowed. It doesn't wirk anymore. Intead user must fill in the whole text or to browse the whole list of choices

Is it possible to repair A2000 after installing WinXP SP2a? Or abandon SP2a?

This sounds like a library problem. Open the VBA editor and go to Tools - References on the menu bar. Are any of the libraries marked as missing.

Uninstalling SP2 for WinXP is not an option I'm afraid.
