Help me I, am new in ms access

hey friends,

I want to create some database for my invoicing needs.. but i dont have any idea how to create database and invoice in ms access. below is the structure which i need to work on..

Distributor Name: ________________ which put from a distributor database.
Reference person: ________________ which put from a reference database.
Debit Note #: ______________ Month: ___________

Invoice # : Invoice Date: Customer Name: Product : Quantity : Company Discount %: Distributor Discount%: Company discount in Rs. Distributor Discount in Rs. : Total Discount in Rs.

1111: 02.10.2006: ABC Clinic: Fruit Jelly: 10 : 3%: 2%: 10*3*product rate: 10*2*product rate: + company discount + distributor discount:

Total Company disc: Total Dist Disc: Total
above is a sample of invoice which i want to make in access. If anyone can make this invoice with reports plz help me.

Good ay Rahim

I'm pretty new to access myself and know how fustrating it can be ,
I'v only been working with access for just over 4 weeks but have put together a database that may have most of the answers you need.
Feel free to fiddle around with it an change what you want , you may find some of the vba interesting an use full , sorry for the lack of comments in the code but I have found most of the routines in such forums as this one.
