Merged records to Word from Access-Create page break based on data

itm
I have merged the data from Access. Now I need Word to start a new
page every time the sequence number changes. How is this accomplished?

Also, is it possible to tell Word to hide duplicates? On some pages,
the Owner will have multiple accounts. I do not want the names
repeated. The same Owner may also have a very similar name and would
have the same sequence number. So that Owner name should appear. For
example.

ABC Inc. Data
Other data
ABC Ltd Data
Other data

Is it possible to accomplish this?

Thanks so much for your assistance!

Go back to access. Create a report of your data. Group the data on Owner.
Run the report preview and export it to Word.
