Larry,
In a previous query I am assigning a time frame to each account number
in a table based on a date in the same table, this is a simple IIf
statement within the query. This query is then linked by account
number to another query where I have sorted all of the other data by
Owner.
So, for each owner there will be 5 timeframes with a count of account
number and a sum of balance for both +ve and -ve accs.
In my final but one query each acc no has an owner and a timeframe, but
if there are no account numbers for a particular time frame for a
particular owner then the time frame doesn't show.
The requirement for the time frame was added at a later date, so
ideally I'd like to do it without intrinsically changing the other
queries but I am starting to think I will have to...

How is your data stored -- table, fields? If you know the time periods of
interest, a separate table for time period and a query should ensure a
record for each time period, that just doesn't have any items or value.

news:11**********************@i40g2000cwc.googlegr oups.com...I have created a report which sorts data by a time frame.
However, if there is no data for a particular time frame then that row
does not show.
I need it to show with a blank for the value, e.g.
TF No Items Value Items
1 week 2 50.00
2 weeks
3 weeks 3 75.00
When I just had one value to show I initially solved this by using a
crosstab and by adding row headers to the properties of the particular
field in the query, but now I have to show 4 values, and as far as I
can tell you can't make a crosstab with more than 1 value.
Any ideas?
