configuring access for all users

Greetings,
I have a deployment question regarding access 2003 and windows XP Pro.
I have an application that multiple users will use on the same device.
I like to configure access on the device so all user have the same
features pre configured. Does anyone know of a way to configure access
with the warnings and features configured and then apply it for all
users?

Thanks

I don't think that's possible. There may be files in c:\documents and
settings\<username> that are user-specific, as well as registry
entries in HKEY_CURRENT_USER.

Unless you create one userID say "AccessUser" that is common to all, I
think you'll have to configure multiple times.

DId you check out Profiles? Not sure if they could be used to create
more uniform user settings for Access.
