Problem with exporting/importing

I've developed application in Access XP that has FE, BE configuration (BE
over 50 tables). New version of the program has similar but different BE
structure.
Is there a way to export data from old BE and import to new version on a
remote computer? Users don't have any programming skills.
Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Sal

Do you have remote access to the computer where the old and new Back Ends
will be located? If so, you should be able to create a new MDB (for the new
BE), link the tables in the old BE, and use action queries to extract the
data and make a new table from it.

If not, or if you prefer, in a period when the database isn't going to be
used on the remote computer, have someone send a copy of the BE database to
you, create the new one, then send them back the new copy with instructions
to replace the old BE with the new one you just sent.

Unfortunately I don't have remote access and emailing hundreds of MB is a
problem.
I was looking for some kind of 3rd party software that will do this on the
remote computer. If not I will have to design upgrade wizard and send it
with new BE but I have no idea how to do this.

Thanks for you responds.
