Photos in Access

I have a Access Database that I could drag .jpg's into and they would
display in the access form as a picture. I installed new software (on
the computer) and now when I drag pictures into the form I can only get
the file name and not the actual photo displayed. I have changed the
file associations in Explorer to associate .jpg's with Microsoft
Office Picture Manager as this worked once on a previouse computer but
it has not worked this time.
Thanks in advance for any help.

As people have said here a zillion times: it's a bad idea to store
images in the database. Rather you store the (relative) path to the
images in the database. Check with groups.google.com and you'll find
lots of advice.

I do not believe MS Picture Manager can function as OLE Image server. You
need to associate JPG's with an app such as MS Photo Editor or any other OLE
capable server application.
