My users have, in general, been happy with my opening Reports in Print
Preview. That way, they are in control of the actual printing.

Hi Larry,
Yes, the print preview does give some control over the print. What is
doesn't give however is control over which printer is used (on a network)
and any special wishes like double sided, us manual feed on the printer etc.
These preferences differ between users.
This can only be controlled in the printer property dialog and that is the
screen I cannot get to work. Isn't there any way to give the CTL+P command
in VBA?
