raport and null problem

Hi,
In raport i have a field "material" in detail section. Sometime
material can have null value than I would like to get a msgbox
"something" in preview of raport.
When I write the code in Detail_Print procedure:

If IsNull([material]) Then msgbox "something"

I got msgbox every time when material is null but I would like to get
only one msgbox. How to do this?

Create a Report-Level Variable, ysnNullReported, type Boolean.

Dim ysnNullReported as Boolean

In the Format or Print event of the Detail section:

If boolNullReported = False Then
If IsNull([material]) Then
Msgbox "something"
ysnNullReported = True
End If
End If
