F11 doesn't bring back DB window

I have a DB and all of a sudden the DB window is gone - and I can't get
it back. Note: I am having trouble with my laptop keyboard and it seems
to have a ghost so things "happen" when I'm not pressing the key (I
think some key is sticking). So, I may have done something, but can't
find what.

All boxes are checked (Startup) as to allow to see everything. I hold
the shift key down and the DB opens with a blank screen and F11 does
nothing. I have tried this with and without the Startup form enabled.

I also see a scroll bar at the bottom of the screen, with the scroll
all the way to the right, but I can't move it.

I was in a form that I built when the form, and the DB window
disappeared. I did create a new db and import all objects, so I can
work, but I don't want to make this error again.

Thanks
Sara
