Update an Access table from dao recordset based on an excel sheet

P: n/a
I can successfully open a recordset based upon an Excel sheet in
Access, but I can't work out how to copy all the records to an Access
table. Any pointers?

Why not link to the spreadsheet instead. Work with Excel like its an
Access table.

But...
rst.Addnew
rst!FieldName = somevalue
rst.Update
rst.Close
set rst = Nothing

Because it's painfully slow. Especially if the Excel spreadsheet is on a
slow share over a slow network connection...
