Error Message in Report b/c of Null or No Values

I am running a report that is drawing in data from 5 different queries.
The report has five different fields and a sum field to tally up the
values in the 5 different fields. The data is loaded into the report
based on which business unit/business units is selected via checkboxes;
however, for some of the queries there is no data to return, so their
respective query is returning no data. This is causing errors through
out the report I am running. I have tried the Nz and IIF Error
functions with no luck. Anyone have any suggestions how I can use the
sum field on my report to recognize their is no data in that field and
to skip that field and load in zeros instead, so there is no error
message?

You'll need to post a little more information. Since a single report
can only be based on a single query, I'm guessing this isn't a 'plain
vanilla' report since you are using five different queries to get your
data. What is the control source property set to for each of the five
fields on the report? Are you using DSum() to get the values for each
of your five text boxes? If so you may want to use =Nz(DSum(...),0)
instead of =DSum(...) as control source for your text boxes. Post a
little more information and perhaps we can help.
