expression, text fields, and drop down menus

Is it to build an expression in a query that puts several, text field
together. For example I have client information and I have their home
address, school address, court house address, doctor's address etc. What I
want to do is create an expression in a query, that "puts" these fields
together and then on another table/form/query - when I bring up a client's
name, I want drop down field that would bring up these various addresses -
is that possible ? Thanks

Use string concatenation:

string & string & string

Your query would look something like this:

SELECT home_address & " " & school_address & " " & courthouse_address &
" " & doctor_address AS AllAddresses
FROM ... etc. ...

If you want new lines after each address you could do this:

SELECT home_address & chr(13) & chr(10) & school_address & chr(13) &
chr(10) ... etc. ...
