Does anyone now how to open a corrupted database without running
compact/repair?

The latest version of jet is installed.

No, seriously, your best bet may be to put a backup back.
Next best is a serious data recovery service. Pksolutions - if they
still take this business - is the best there is.
You can also try to import objects into a new MDB - your mileage may
vary depending on how serious the corruption is. You may find more

Make a copy.

Try the Jetcomp utility.
