Corupted database file

Hi anyone!!!

I have an access database file which is corupted after a computer crash.

I have tried a compact and repair which failed.

I have purchased an Access Repair package which can only find 3 out of the
40 tables.

When I try to open the files I receive an eroor message saying "Tables.mdb"
need repairing or isn't a database file. Do you want to recover yes or no?
Upon selecting Yes, a second message is given saying "Unrecognised database
format"

Please, can anyone help?

Thanks, Scott

Get your money back on that one for starters.

For information on corruption including possible causes, determining the offending
PC, retrieving your data, links, official MS KB articles and a list of vendors who
state they can fix corruption see the Microsoft Access Corruption FAQ at
