Developer Extensions 2003 and executing a bat file

Hi
In access2003 developer package it looks like you can only install files in
program files and sub folders.
I would also like to copy a file to c:\windows.
If this is not possible I would like to write a bat file that will
automatically execute after the package was installed.
Can anyone tell me how to change the setup.ini file so that the bat file
will execute. I am also going to use the bat file to register some ocx files
via this bat file
Can anyone tell me how to use the bat file thats created by the packaging
wizard.
Thanks a lot
Alfred
