Access forms and SQL database

I am creating forms for input into a SQL database and I need to create
the forms from multiple tables. Can someone please walk me through it.

Create a view combining the fields of the tables you want to use, then
create the form based on the view.

If those other table's are a "one" to "many" classic type setup, then the
easy approach here is to use
sub-forms for the child records..
