Email a report in MS Access

Newbie question -

I am currently able to email a report from Access. However, the
report will contain all of the records in the database and not the
single record I clicked on to send via email. Any thoughts?

Thanks for your patience.

You can either apply a filter or modify the RecordSource of the Report in
its Open event and refer back to the form when doing so or you can
permanently change the RecordSource of the report so that it only includes
the record currently showing on the form by using a form reference in the
criteria of the query.
