When I package my Microsoft Access 2002 application with the Office XP

Took me a while to track down what is all happening here. You can't update your
distribution to include the SPs. You have to ship those as separate files on the CD
or download sepately.
The runtime updates the runtime on the client workstations to the same level as
Office XP SP2. This does not update the runtime you the developer create on your own
system. These also do not update Jet.
