Hello,
I am having an application in access 2000.I get a file via
email which contains details of trouble tickets and i have set up
this to be moved into a folder,outbox.I get this file as a .csv
file.it is like this ,

Subject: ATS Daily Report
"Ticket #","Operator ID","Date/Time Reported","Date/Time
Resolved","Assigned To","Reported By: Surname +","OP: Specific
Name/Number +","UI:
Surname +","UI: Contact Data","RC: Type","RC: Component","OP:
Component","Status","Problem Log","OP: Device"
"002997923","jcurry","02/26/04 05:33:45","","prc transmission serv
del","pdecm4m#","inbound","p&g","011)44-207-500-4061","","","data
issue","Assigned","02/26/04 05:33:46 jcurry ndm failed with

disposition not new, but file does not exists, customer stated we made
a change
on our end, and trans is failing This ticket has been escalated to

job,mangement is looking in to it. in the maers time we have to do a
edit to the &DISP2=SHR to &DISP2=NEW. customer has requested on this
job.

As you can see this is the csv file.I am trying to write a code to
import this into access table directly.I need help.

At present,I am saving this in a .csv file with import specifications
and then having this file as a linked table to the database.

My intention is to automate this .
