Microsoft Progressbare V.6 how to use it ?

Hello all,
I am trying to use the Microsoft Progressbar V.6 on my form but I don't have
the slightest idea of how it works. How do I assign a value to it? It must
not be linked to a table. It is supposed to show the progress of about a 100
emails that are being sent. Each email gets its body from textcontrols on
the form. So I guess I will have to change a value of the progressbare after
each email being sent ... But how ? And what value do I change ?
Any help appreciated ....
Thanks,
Ronny

I've got a small .mdb file on my site that shows you how to use a few labels
and boxes to build your own progress bar. Note that it's Access 2000 only:
