Outlook from Acces (XP)

I know I had this code somewhere but the library that I stored it in has
long since slipped off of the active list. Anyway can someone point me
to code that will allowing the following.

1) Program User clicks a button on an Access form.

2) Outlook email is generated in background.

3) Email is addressed to Program Users Review User. This relation is
held in the user table in the program.

4) A file is attached to the email. File will be located at the same
place for all users and will have the same name.

5) Mail is sent.

6) All is done in background.

Thanks,
DB
