Access 2000: Forms -- Getting a form/subform linked properly

Hello everyone. I'm a bit of an Access newbie, so please bear with me.
Please go to http://www.dumoti.com/access/ to view the database - 536kb.
I'll go straight into examples:

In the form NIGO_ITEM, you'll notice a subform to the NIGO_REASONS table. It
won't let any data be entered into this subform and it gives the error: You
cannot add or change a record because a related record is required in table
CUSTOMER_TABLE. (Error 3201)

This brings up my new problem: I want another subform for CUSTOMER_TABLE
here in NIGO_ITEM form for data entry. When I use the subform wizard, it
automatically wants me to define my own form/subform fields, instead of
giving me a list to choose from like it did for the NIGO_REASONS subform.

You may notice in the relationships I have a many-to-many setup, and I am
actually able to enter information in the NIGO_REASONS subform if I create a
combo box for CUSTOMER_TABLE and select a customer that's already been
entered in the database. That defeats the purpose, however, I need to update
all these new records simultaneously.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any assistance -- it is much
appreciated.
