Peter:
I guess that's what I was speaking about. Haven't seen the inability to
save that setting unless the database is secured and you are not an admin.
On the other hand. Its just as easy to do with a little api call as in:
Declare Function SetWindowText Lib "user32" Alias "SetWindowTextA" _
(ByVal hWnd As Long, ByVal Text As String) As Long
Sub SetMyTitle(ByVal strWindowTitle as String)
Dim dwReturn&
dwReturn = SetWindowText(Application.hwndAccessApp, _
:"This is my new Window Title")
End Sub

How do I access Tool-Startup properties?
The method I used was to click on the menu bar: tools, startup,
application title.

Peter, how are you changing the app title? Are you using the Tool->
StartUp properties? That's the best way and it will "stick"
