a function that takes a format string and a varying number of
arguments, and substitutes the argument values into the format
string as specified in the format string. For example
fmt("this is $1 format string. arg2 is $2", "short", 3)

outlook through some basic c# code. the problem arises when using
different email editors in outlook. At the moment i am using outlook
2000. Outlook can be configured to use the default outlook email editor
or use ms word as the email editor in outlook.

Problem: I need to allow my users to drag an email out of Outlook and
drop it on a winform -- from there, I need to get the text of that
email (not just the sender and subject) -- from there I'll save it
myself in a database. This is to allow them to track all the
correspondance that happens between themselves and a customer.
I've found code examples of how to do this with an ATTACHMENT out of
Outlook, but not the email message itself...

Please forgive me for cross posting. I hope I can get the answer from either

I was able to export a CR report to PDF to MAPI (using Outlook client) , but
not with HTML format from a .NET application.
In Brian Bischof's book, he warns about the file folder that created by CR
during export to HTML format. I don't know whether this is the case but all
parameters were set to false, meaning it's a simple export to HTML format.

But the problem is that same email is not appearing good in outlook 2010. Problem is that

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
