I have a problem with a C++ DCOM application that
prints Crystal Reports with data from Oracle.
The SQL query is relatively complex but when
the report is printed from the Crystal Reports
designer it shows up very fast. When the report
is printed from my application it takes about
ten times as long to get the report to appear.

I would like to know how to print a crystal report that was generated in the
..NET framework using a Visual Basic.NET web application and/or a Visual
basic.NET windows application.
When crystal reports runs by itself, you can do a print preview to see what
the report will look like. I would like to know how to do this using crystal

Hi,
I have an MS-Access 2000 application that is connected to a MS-SQL
Server 2000 backend by linking tables through a DSN-Less connection.
No problems at all with that part.
This application executes various Crystal Reports that have their own
built in SQL. These reports have no need for the MS-Access Linked
tables and can function stand-alone against MS-SQL.

WE had a Crystal 8 WebApp using vs 2002 which we upgraded to VS2003. I also
have Crystal 9 pro on my development machine. The web app runs fine on my
dev machine but am having problems deploying. I created the websetup and
built the MSI, have the bundled version. Copied to webserver and ran
Websetup.msi. Said I had to remove old version, which I did, then reran

I need to print a web page. It is my preference that my users just do a
File/Print from explorer. That way my users will get the print dialog that
will allow them to select the fax printer. The only problem with doing this
is that a header (name of the page and Page x of x) and footer (actual page

The application has since been deployed by my client to many hundreds of

Most of my work since then has been in Access but I now have to do major

These 9 reports are considered by our users to be in essence one "report",
in the sense that they are all related and they cannot make their business

Crystal report viewer, and sometimes they will send the report directly
to the printer bypassing the Crystal report viewer altogether.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
