Form FrmRestock's recordsource is QryFrmRestock. The TransactionDate field's
criteria is set ats:
Forms!FrmRestock!LastXDays. LastXDays on the form is a combobox where the
selections are 30, 60 and 90. The default is set at 30.

I'm sure there is an easy solution for this problem. On "FORM A" is a
combobox with a separate table as its record source. If the data
required in the combobox is not one of the available choices in the
underlying recod source, the user is prompted to "click" a button
opening "FORM B" allowing them to add the necessary data to the

I have a combobox on a continuous form that has a recordsource that is
set upon Form_Load event via VBA (based on initial form data and
external form data entered). For data entry purposes the Combobox's
value is saved to *another* field (text-field) in the appropriate table
(this text-field is not visible in the Continuous Form); so the
combobox is pretty much just for data-lookup purposes (so the user does
not have to type anything).

some unbound fields in the parent form so that data in the parent form
affects data in the subform. I've had this type of setup often, but

table 1 - tblLeadInfo which includes a salesman ID field
table 2 - tbllkpSalesman with all zips in the state and a Salesman
assigned to that area.
I have a form based on table #1 When I enter the zip code in the
