Hi there,
How do I insert new records from a dbo table to another table?
This is what I have:
1 dbo_company
1 Member (table)
I made a query in dbo_company with the criteria I only want to retrieve out new records from "ceo_email" and "contact_em ail" column after e.g 25.July.07
Thereafter I want to insert these new records into the Member table with a single "Email" column only.
Can anyone of you able to assist me on that? Thanks!

Hi people,

SELECT dbo_company.ceo _email, dbo_company.con tact_email, dbo_company.mem _type, dbo_company.dat e_created, Members.Email
FROM dbo_company, Members
WHERE (((dbo_company. mem_type)<>"Non-Member") AND ((dbo_company.d ate_created)>#7/25/2007#))
INSERT INTO Members.Email;

Thanks so much for your guidance. That is useful and I manage to get it work out.
In case some of you may need it. This is the query I used in
INSERT INTO NonMembers ( Email )
SELECT dbo_company.con tact_email
FROM dbo_company
WHERE (((dbo_company. mem_type)="Non-Member") AND ((dbo_company.d ate_created)>#7/25/2007#));

I have a routine to copy data to new versions of my app via insert into
sql statements. Unfortunately, due to evolution of my app, sometimes
the new version has more restrictive editing than an older version that
I am updating. Thus I get this message. It tells me only how many
records have errors, not which errors or which records.

Hi all,
I'm trying to import data, modify the data then insert it into a new
table. The code below works fine for it but it takes a really long
time for 15,000 odd records. Is there a way I can speed up the
processing substantially? as it currently takes about 10 minutes and
thats just way too long because there is many of these imports...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it. ...

Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows.
