This question tells me almost nothing. I am going to have to render a guess and say that you have a single form and can only delete 1 at a time right now correct?
There are a lot of ways that this can be accomplished but you need to know what table this information is stored in and if deleting them will delete records in other tables. Please try and provide us with a little more info. Thanks

You can use the SQL DELETE statement.
Exactly how to specify what you need we can't tell you but here's a start. DELETE Statement
Creates a delete query that removes records from one or more of the tables listed in the FROM clause that satisfy the WHERE clause.
Syntax DELETE [table.*]
FROM table
WHERE criteria
The DELETE statement has these parts:
Part Description table The optional name of the table from which records are deleted. table The name of the table from which records are deleted. criteria An expression that determines which records to delete.

I want to be able to generate SQL statements that will go through a list of
data, effectively row by row, enquire on the database if this exists in the
selected table- If it exists, then the colums must be UPDATED, if not, they
must be INSERTED.
Logically then, I would like to SELECT * FROM <TABLE>
WHERE ....<Values entered here>, and then IF FOUND
UPDATE <TABLE> SET .... <Values entered here> ELSE
INSERT INTO <TABLE> VALUES <Values...

Hi - I created a linked table via ODBC to a SQL Server database. The
table in SQL Server contained over 12,000,000 records. Later, I
started a "Delete" query. When I realized that I was deleting from the
SQL Server, I panicked and tried to stop the query. Esc didn't work,
so I killed Access with Ctrl-Alt-Del (task manager). Is there any way
to know if the query managed to delete any records in the SQL Server
database? I had not yet...

I am trying to look up data on about 1000 records from a 6 million
record view on a DB2 database using msaccess.
The 6 million record DB2 view is connected through a linked ODBC table
(table A), and the 1000 primary key numbers I want are in a local
msaccess table (table B).
The most obvious solution is to join table A and B, but this is
excruciatingly slow performance-wise.

I've got apps where you *really* wouldn't want to delete certain items by
accident, but the users just have to have a "Delete" button.
My current strategies:
Plan A:
------------------------------------------------------------------------
1) Make the cmd button black and do not give it an accelerator key.
2) Issue two levels of confirmation (Do you want to delete... Do you REALLY want

In a subform I have a simple SQL statement that links an order details table
to a product table. The form is used to enter order details. Most fields are
obviously from the details table, with only a UOM field from the product
table.
This has worked fine for years, I thought.
The problem I seem to have is that if the user makes a mistake in putting a
product in the order they then naturally want to delete the line out of the
order....

Hi All,
I am getting strange situation. These r the steps I have followed:
1. Created an EMPLOYEE table with around 14 fields & 688038 records.
(so a large table indeed).
2. Tried to delete all the rows in the table using the traditional
DELETE FROM EMPLOYEE stmt. It is taking around 53 secs to delete all
the records.
So I have done the below steps to make it fatster:
(i) Create an empty file called No_Data.DEL in the C:\ drive....

I have a repeating problem that I have been able to fix in the past
only one way. I get a record that turns from 'english' to "foreign
symbols" and then I cannot edit or delete that record. The way I have
gotten around it before is to make a copy of the table (structure
only) and then copy and pasted the good records into it. Then I was
able to delete the bad table and move on. This is time consuming but
does work until some months...

I'm experiencing a very strange problem. My application is MS Access
front-end and MS SQL server back-end database. I have a SQL statement
that deletes records from a table after an export process. The
problem is occasionally when the delete statement is executed, these
records no longer display on List Box (not even in the MS Access link
table). But when close and reopen the form, those records reappear.
It almost like MS SQL server...

Hi All,
I want to delete duplicate records from a large table.
There is one index(INDEX_U1) on 4 columns(col1,col2,col3,col4) which is in unusable state.
First of all when i tried to rebuild index it showed error as unique key violation.
So i want to delete duplicate records for col1,col2,col3,col4 combination.
How can i delete the duplicate records from this large table?

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
