I have a shared XML file on a server .
i also have one xslt file that performs a simple transform on in to
view the data.
now i want to have another page that lets users modify the shared xml
file via some editable controls such as text boxes , option boxes etc.
how can i implment this , should i use another xslt file with <INPUT>
controls . if so how can i save the result back using the asp.net

This is my first attempt at an application, so kid gloves are
appreciated.
I need to make a very simple form that only has a few elements. One is
TraceCode - a text field that is populated when a user scans a label.
The other is ScanDate - a date/time field that should equal the
date/time of the scan (e.g. 7/31/2006 5:00:00 AM).

Im trying to implement the following, but having trouble doing so.
I have form that shows saved records of project details.
with this form, i want to be able to add new project details, and also scroll through the saved ones, and edit them.
The problem is, i dont want to save a new record, or edit a record, until some sort of trigger/button has been clicked.
