I have a PlotPanel class that extends JPanel which I have used previously to
display charts in swing guis. I now want to display a graph in a jsp page
so I was going to generate the graph and then save it to a jpeg and then
display it in the page.
Is there anyway to create an Image from a JPanel without actually displaying
it in a JFrame first? Can anyone suggest a better way to create a chart
image for servlet/jsp?

I'm trying to follow the examples in VBAGRP9.CHM and/or VBAGR10.CHM with no
success. I'm trying to Chage the Legend Colors based on Content so that I
can establish a certain color format on Content. The Chart will reside on a
Report and possibly converted to a 2002 format. Currently I'm using the
following code with Microsoft Graph 11.0 Object Library referenced.:

I'm working on a report. Within this report a chart (line chart) is
build which shows how many suggestions have been made per
servicegroupe. Now I have put such a chart into the report, but the
layout just isn't what I want it to be. In the X and Y axes you can
see some numbers 1 to 10. That isn't what I've been looking for. I'm
looking for an X axe which shows the month which I would like to view.
The Y axe must show the percentage of the...

I've been to
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/mschrt/html/vbobjtitleobject.asp,
but still don't have a clue.
For example, I've got a chart object namde 'grphStats' in a form named
frmChart.
?Forms!frmChart!grphStats.Name returns "grphStats" as expected, but
I can't get any further.

This is for A97 in runtime or MDE mode.
My intent was to define a temporary query using the recordsetclone property
/ filter / orderby. The controlsource of my chart would be based on a
grouped query based on this temporary query.
Is this the best way or is there another one more efficient?
Is it possible in a runtime environment to change the format of an axis (by
Week ---> by Month) or the chart controlsource on report opening?

Am having difficulty displaying graph in Form View that I see fine
in graph control on form opened in design view. I know I'm doing
something wrong.
If I open the form in design view - I see the graph in the graph
control. If I dbl-clik the graph control, microsoft graph opens and
displays the graph fine there too.

My boss wants this done in a day. I would be happy with a week!
Anyway, I have a dataset filled with data and need to populate an MS word
chart with it when writing a report. Any tutorials or suggestions would be
great.

I posted about this problem over 12 months ago and even after Vista
SP1 the problem still exists when running an Access database (A2003
and A2007 tested) under Vista. A workaround was suggested by another
group member at that time, but it's hardly ideal. MS should really
look at this and fix it.
When a form containing a chart is opened the chart object is visible,
but no chart data is visible. If any other form is opened over the
top...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
