ie 6.0 and Access2k

Hi guys,
I have an Access App. Then i asked people from Intranet
where i work
to put a link to my app in the homepage. They did that,
its been working fine. The only problem is a download
windows (with bottoms open, save, cance l, more info).
My question is: Is there a way to avoid this download window
from IE ??

Thankyou all.

What did you expect to happen? Did you think it was going to execute your
database application remotely, over the intranet? Were you not trying to
make it easy for the users to obtain your database for use on their own
machine?

Hello: We've just switched to using Access 2K as the front end to our SQL Server 2K db. Great. Love it. However, one small problem. The users can see the SQL Server tables and veiws but they cannot see the Access Forms or Reports. Since Forms and Reports are not listed in the SQL Server 2K Objects list, you can't grant permissions to then on the server side. I therefore assume

Hi, I'm converting an Access 2000 database to Sql Server and must be missing something obvious. Using the Import utility in Sql Server, the Access queries seem to get executed and the resultant data imported as tables. Oops! Using the Upsize lizard in Access 2003, the queries aren't even in the selection list of "tables" to upsize. It looks like the Upsize wizard

It's been a long time since I dabbled with using a treeview control and the experience was not very positive when it came to distributing it to multiple machines. Unfortunateky I have a client demanding this now, so I'm hoping someone has some advice on what control to use. The databse is written in Access2K but it's being used on Access2002 and Access2003 machines with Windows OS from 2K to XP Pro... I probably only need 2 levels and I...

Is there a primer somewhere that can tell me code that works perfectly well in Access2K that won't work in 2003? I have been forced to migrate a large 2K app to 2003 and am finding a lot of things that don't work. For example: .... .OnClick = "Forms!myFormName.MyFunctionName()" doesn't work in 2003.

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
