I'm sure there is a workaround for this, but haven't found it yet. I
have a mainform with two subforms and after one or both of the
subforms are updated, then clicking the Refresh button on the mainform
(to show updated values), causes the updated subform(s) to
automatically scroll up to one blank line if a new record was entered,
or to the line that was edited. All of the prior subform records are
not viewable or accessible until exiting...

I have the labelRestrictSites as private on the MainForm.cs. I then access
the labelRestrictSites.Text thru the public string LabelRestrictSites from
another class. So
when I add labelRestrictSites.refresh code to my class I get an error
because the labelRestrictSites
is private. How would I refresh?

I have modal pop-up form1 showing list of items. There is a button that opens a new modal pop-up form2 which is a tabbed form (not subform) to add items to form1, form1 is still open behind form2. This all works fine, but when you click save button on form2 it saves new data to database and closes taking you back to form1
but does not refresh new data to form1 unless you (shift F9) or close form1 and reopen or use refresh button on form1.

I have program.cs, my "main" form and then a "settings" form.
My "main" form existed for awhile and I had constants, instantiations,
properties, etc within it created.
I went to create my "settings" form and constantly found myself
adjusting my "main" form entities to be static and inevitably just
passing in the "main" forms 'this' instance to the "settings"
constructor to simplify it all.
