Hello,
I am developing an A2K application.In the subform ,I have around 4
combo boxes for Group,Division,Name and Application.The selection
criteria of each combo is narrowed based on the value of other combo
box.In fact Application is selected based on Group,Division &
Names.But in many cases there are Divisions which do not have any
Names.
I need to select Applications either on two conditions,one if Names
are available, which...

I have a combo box look up and list items in a table, it is not bound.
It works fine but how can I prevent the users from entering in there own
data?
i have an 'on change' event that when it changes, it does something else to
a field based on their selection.
I also have the LimitTOList on, but when they click in there, they get an
error first that says the
2110-focus cannot move the focus to this control. (I have the .setfocus

Newbie needing some help. I have a tblParticipants. The fields
include gender, education_level, income, occupation etc., I'm trying to
create a form where a user can run a query from the form and just
choose the appropriate criterias from the combo boxes to get the
results. I also want the query to run even if there is not a value in
all the combo boxes ie., i want just all males with income level of
over $100,000...Any insights or help...

I posted this earlier... or thought I did... anyway.. it's doesn't
appear in the list so I'm reposting it.
Can someone please explain to me how to set up the lostfocus event
for a combo box. I need the combo to return to its default value when
the user clicks away from it ... either somewhere on the form itself
or another app. I have no clue how to do this and would really
appreciate some help.

I want to set things up such that a section of code will have been
executed by the time one clicks on the drop down arrow on a combo box
control. Currently, that section of code resides in the OnGetFocus
event of the combo box control, and this appears to work...I'm
guessing because one cannot click on the drop down arrow of a combo
box control without first having the combo box control receive focus.

I have a "Yes/No" combo box (set to required) and I want the focus to shift
to differnet controls (on the same form) based on the selection of "Yes" or
"No". Would this have to be placed on the "Exit" event?
I tried Google...and no luck.
I'm sure there's gonna be an "If" statement involved.

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
