Give FadeOut Effect to your Application

Hello Everybody.
I have use layered window for displaying fadeout effect to my application. If you want to see it how I do this thing then download the attachment and apply to your applications.

Here's a version with buttons to allow you to fade in and out, or wipe it away entirely. I've also included the EXE for anyone who doesn't have VB6 but would like to see the result. It will require VB6 runtime, of course.

Well I guess there are no disadvantages on giving a fade out effect to your application but a nice outlook :)
