I have an XML (Atom) doc at this URL...
Atom
...which displays as HTML using any one of three XSLT
stylesheets, the principal one being at this URL...
XSLT
...with two daughter-XSLT's, both very short, and employing
<xsl-import ... >. I can edit the XML to pick any of the three
and it works in Firefox (crashing, of course, in MSIE 7).
The stylesheet difference changes the XSLT sorting order of
the Atom entry nodes...so it's not just an eye-candy frill. It is
functional...or would be...if users could choose, which I can't
seem to make available to them.
My question is, is there any way I can provide for browsers
to switch between these stylesheets on demand.
PS.. Do not send me to the "A List Apart" page on a JavaScript
styleswitcher, please. Been there. It doesn't work. They have a
big separate page explaining they know it doesn't and whey they
don't have time to fix it.
Thanks,
Gan
