USB Access Denied to USB drive, how to fix problem?

Hi I am unable to access a USB Drive (QW Fantom64GB Databank) Error message "Access Denied, reformat drive before use).

Operating system: Windows 7 Ultimate.

One moment I am using the drive, I safely remove hardware, the next time I try to access my files I get the above message.

The same message appears when I try to use the drive on a different computer.

Q1. What is the case of the problem?

Q2. How can I fix it? I am not a tech expert. ( I understand and can follow instructions)

Q3. Will someone help me please?

Thank you very much .

Jeff.
