How to rebuild a users Roaming profile?

Hi,

Was wondering if anyone has made a program to rebuild a users profile?

I know you have to remove the NTUSER.DAT
and the SID of the user, ntuser.dat.log, ntuser.ini, ntuser.pol.

Anyone have any experience with this stuff?
