how to enable macros?

Dear Experts,
When use copy and paste command or print command in MS Office Word 2007(Win Xp prof), I'm getting this Error message.


"The macros in this project are disabled. please refer to the online help or documentation of the host application to determine how to enable macros."


how can i rectify this problem?

I googled for a solution and found a link. There are other links on google.

you will need to set the macro security level to medium , in 2003 it is tools, macro, security and this error usually occurs when macro security level is High
