USB Flash drive

I need to setup a USB boot disk. preferably (xp)
how should i go about it

first you'll want to make sure if your motherboard supports booting from a usb. check the specs and/or the manufacture's website.

Did you even bother searching Google for "usb boot disk"? If you had, the first link returned looks pretty promising, but I have to agree with epots9, your machine does have to support booting from that medium.

I have checked the bios settings and it does have a flash boot setting to boot from pendrive.please advise

My dear friend. I tried from google and did one of the option it failed. That is the reason i have posted on itfor some more options and your suggestions.
