how to run your programs at a particular time

I was just wondering if anyone here knows how to program run at a particular time using windows xp.Any help appreciated.

or Start->Accessories->System Tools->Scheduled Tasks

and add a new task

i'm not sure but, u can try having your program startup with the computer (through msconfig) and add a time functionality to your program so when a certain time hits, do whatever
