PC keeps rebooting

Hi my daughters PC keeps rebooting, when it first loads, tried to Boot into safe mode, which I can not access, tried Windows Repair can't get in to give her password, tried making it a slave on my PC, to try and access her files she desperately needs but no luck, a friend said HDD is corrupt ( Windows start up code) I have managed to get into her Mums account but can't manage to get her files.
Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Do you get any error messages before it restarts? How far in the boot process do you get before this happens? Could you explain why safe mode did not work a little better?

the error message that comes up as far as i can rember was was quite long had. system 32 in the message and kept repeting it's self, safe mode would not load at all when i pressed F8

If you could post back with the error message, I am sure it is pivotal in the solution to your problem.
