hullo all! sometimes when i am browsing the internet,suddenly there is an error message that says "win32 services need to close and sorry for the inconvinience"this mostly happens once in a while after this message nothing works!not even the start menu!i have winxp pro and mcafee antivirus! wat do i do?why does this error occur?

I have windows XP OS with SP2. After a normal boot up and login window, I get a blank desktop with only my background image. I pressed Alt+Ctrl+Del and added a new task "explorer" as a new process. We have a AD running on win2k3. We have many shared folders. Ive noticed that once in a while users will call up and report the folders missing. To fix the issue i would reboot the system.
