How to convert to visual basic from old qbasic?

Hi,

I have a huge program written in old BASIC. In fact I don't really know what flavour its written in, looks like qbasic I think.

I don't need to know what the program does, I just need to run it. It runs perfectly fine on powerbasic DOS 3.0 . But I dont have powerbasic and I dont want to buy it either.

But I do have MS Visual Studio .NET 2008.
And I created a console application, which pointed out to a multitude of errors.

Most of the errors are usually just undeclared variables and etc..

So is there any conversion article to make it run on MS Visual Basic ? Or which free compiler should I download?

(I dont know any syntax of Basic, and I dont have much time to learn, I just need to compile the program and tweak some variables)

Thanks!

There is no tool convert the entire code of QBASIC to VISUAL BASIC. you need to change the codes manually.
