How to disabled system clock ?

I just want to disabled system clock because I dont want someone to alter the date and time because I am creating an attendance monitoring.

I just want to disabled system clock because I dont want someone to alter the date and time because I am creating an attendance monitoring.
Don't know whether you can do it programatically, but Windows policies can disallow changing of the date/time.
