Excel VBA-memory Counter ?

'If A=B', then I need to do call a procedure, and then it will loop back to 'If A=B'. There are two procedures. What I want is to call the procedure1 for first loop 'If A=B', and call procedure2 for all other loop.

I am thinking is there a memory Counter function in VBA? which when first loop of 'If A=B', then the counter become 1, and it will call procedure1. and when the counter>1, it will call procedure2?

any ideal will be great.
