Public Overridable Sub

How can I access my overridable sub? When I step through the code I can never enter this sub procedure.

I can only enter the Public Overrides Sub.

Any suggestions?

Sub procedure comes from an interface...

Public Interface IOrder
Sub setOrderTotal()
End Interface
